Colour Card

To add the colour card functionality for your paint items, do the following in the Stock Entry.

This is a great way of keeping important details if the customer returns at a later date so they can get the exact colour that was created originally.

This information is shown on your dockets.

Stock Setup

To setup the Colour Card tally on your stock items, so the following:

Step	Action
	In Stock Entry, change the Sell Tally to Colour Card

Colour Catalogue

To setup your Colour Catalogues, follow these instructions.

Tinter Machines

To setup your Tinter machines, follow these instructions.

To do a Colour Card sale do the following:

Step	Action
	Ensure that the product has the Colour Card Tally setup on it.
	In POS, it will show this window. Type in the Colour Select a Colour Catalogue if required Select a Tinting Machine if required Enter a Comment, like "Lounge Room" Press F9 to finish that product.
	This information appears in POS under the product.
	It will print on the docket.
