Following are some points about the Striven linkage with an E-commerce website.

Web Use Flag

Stock Web Use Flag

Stock Items have a flag which tells Striven to send this item to the Website.

It can be found in Stock Entry - under the General TAB.

Web Use must be Yes for a stock item to get copied to the Website.

If this field is disabled and cannot be modified, then the Department (which has the same Web Use setting) needs to be changed to Yes - as this will override the Individual Stock Setting.

e.g. Click on the Department heading (underlined above) to open this form and change the Web Use setting to Yes.

Stock Notes

Notes about particular stock items are stored in Striven in the Stock Entry, Notes, Web/Datasheets Notes tab.

Click on the F2 on the right side of the window next to the HTML tick.

If you would like to set Trademark or Registered "icons", then click on the Character button, then select the icon required.

Pictures

To add pictures to your Stock items, click on the Pictures/Logo tab in Stock Entry

Then click on the F2 on the Picture group area.

Then either load an image (PNG, JPG) or Paste it from a website.

Press F9 to save it onto the Stock item.
