Striven can integrate with many e-commerce providers.

Striven will upload product information every night (this can be increased to multiple times a day if you think you will need it) which will include fields like the price, description, notes, part number, barcode and images.

At the moment, the products would need to be basic products, so you would need to have separate products for each product, size, base, tint.  We can't have the 1 product, and depending on what the customer selects alters the price and what products are shown.

It would need to have a prompt for the customer to enter in the Colour/Size required if you have multiple variants but this would be on the site itself.

At the moment, the sales that come through are just on an email, and are not integrated with Striven so any sales would need to be created manually in Striven.

Can I limit the number of products that are shown on the website?

You can do so by setting the Web Use flag either on the individual products or on the department/group/fineline (which saves you from having to mark each individual product).

It is a good idea to start with just 1 department, and ensure all detail are correct and slowly expand from there.

Its a good idea to set your “Admin” products department to have Web Use set to No, then all products in that department wont be sent to the e-commerce site.

What do I need to do to prepare for website integration?

Before you go live with your website, you need to ensure you line up descriptions, ensure part numbers are correct and ensure you have images setup on your products.

What does Striven cover?

Striven will only look at integration setup and queries in relation to the data that goes through our system, the rest (like the colours, layout etc) would be the responsibility of your web developer.

How much does it cost? 

There is a base once off setup cost of $ 3,000 Ex GST.

Then there is the ongoing “Striven Connector” cost , which depends on the site you want to integrate to. Details are below. 

Does it have to show my On Hand details?

There is a setting on whether or not you want to show your current on hand quantities. Some stores like to just show “Available” or “Check store”.

Can I show my customers discounts on the website?

At the moment only DoubleT will be able to show the customers specific discounts.

Can my customers log in and download their invoices or statements?

This will only be available with the DoubleT option below. The other sites dont allow us to link to our system to get this data.

You would need to link up with Shopify to create the site and pay their fees.

The website, hosting and web development is handled by a web developer not Striven.

We would recommend that you contact a company that we have been working with previously and know how to handle the Striven integration.
