New Features & Enhancements

Mitre 10 and Home Hardware - Changes to Loyalty system

•   Changes have been made to the Mitre 10 and Home hardware loyalty systems based on requirements from IHG

  • All based on email address instead of card number

POS

Proforma Invoices

• Striven can now create Proforma invoices.  Handled just like a quote.  The option is in the F3 - Sales Type area in POS.

• When a “Proforma” invoice has been created, it is not a SALE or updated ONHAND details until this has been converted to a Tax Invoice.

Delivery Contact Details

• If contact details are entered in on the Delivery screen they are now printed on the docket

Debtor Orders display a prompt when Saving if converted from a Completed Debtor Quote

Selecting “Yes” will allow the Completed Quote to be (re)converted to a Debtor Order.

Selecting “No” will Cancel the Saving of the Order.

Gift Card

There is now a Limit of FIVE Gift Cards per Transaction

This stops any errors when trying to Cancel the Crediting of the Gift Cards on EFTPOS pin-pads.

Debtor Quotes

It is now possible to edit the GP$ and GP% on a Debtor Quote - when in PROFIT MODE (the Tab at the top of the grid).

Editing either of these values will re-calculate the Nett Price (and show as a discount) for that Stock Line.

Day Book Report

Can now select a Tender code to see the tender details

• If you wish to print a report of all transactions for a particular tender code, select the tender in the Tender Code filter option.  (Leave blank for all tenders)

Purchase Orders

Shows WTD, MTD, YTD Quantity Sold per product

• Shows Week to Date (WTD), Month to date (MTD) and Financial Year to date (YTD) quantity sold figures as you are on each product in a purchase order

Suggested Order Report

Ability to send Suggested Orders to Purchase Order/s immediately

• Select "Create Orders" in the Action drop down to create a purchase order immediately instead of having to go into the Reorder entry screen first.

Stock Maintenance

Custom markup per price level

• Contact Striven if you would like to keep a custom markup per stock item per price level.  This would recalculate the particular price level whenever the cost has changed.  It ticked for a price level, it wouldn't use the standard "markup table" pricing logic.

Freight Charges by weight

• Can now add a freight charge based on the weight of the item.  Can be setup with a dollar amount per kilo or the ability to pick from a list of different freight amounts.  Contact Striven for details on how to set this up.

Pending Price in multi store tab

• Now shows the pending price of each store in the Multi Store tab in Stock Entry

Stock Pending Maintenance

There are FIVE new informational columns in the Stock Pending Maintenance window.

• Update Code

• Date Last Modified

• Modified By Staff

• Modified By Branch

• Modified By Station

Issues Resolved

•  Minimum Order value not showing when reloading an existing purchase order

• Will no longer play a warning if there are lots of messages waiting to be processed.
